We're looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant who enjoys solving tax challenges, building lasting client relationships, and working as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do
- Prepare individual income tax returns (1040)
- Prepare business tax returns, including 1120S, 1065, and 990 returns
- Develop proactive tax planning strategies for clients
- Meet directly with clients to review returns and discuss planning opportunities
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping services
- Assist clients with QuickBooks Online
- Research tax issues and recommend practical solutions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field) with tax experience OR Enrolled Agent (EA) designation
- 4–6 years of public accounting or tax preparation experience
- Experience preparing:
- Individual (1040)
- S Corporation (1120S)
- Partnership (1065)
- Nonprofit (990) tax returns
- Experience with tax planning (not just tax preparation)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Lacerte Tax Software
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA designation
- QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Experience with practice management software
- Experience with document management systems

Work Schedule
Outside Tax Season
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
During Tax Season
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Approximately 15 additional hours per week
