MS/HS Administrative Assistant
General Qualifications:
A minimum of two (2) years previous related work experience
Proficient use of office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
required
Experience with Student Management Systems preferred
Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a short time period
Ability to relate well with the public in person and over the phone
Starting wage of $19.00/hour (or based on qualifications), 40-hours/week, 11-
month position, flexible summer hours, full benefits.
