Job Summary

Duties
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Process payroll weekly.
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and understand organizational policies.
- Oversee employee evaluation and performance management initiatives, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Coordinate benefits administration activities, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with regulations like FMLA and workers' compensation policies.
- Support change management projects by facilitating communication strategies and assisting with organizational design efforts.
- Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism, resolving conflicts through effective communication and conflict management techniques.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all HR functions by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR legal compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and reporting using tools like Excel data analysis or HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
- Assist in workforce management planning by supporting succession planning initiatives and affirmative action planning efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership on training & development programs to enhance employee skills and promote continuous improvement.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and HR sourcing strategies.
- Proven experience in change management, project management, and organization design.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law as well as HR legal compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian; skilled in data collection & analysis using Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting techniques utilizing ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever for talent acquisition success.
- Experience with benefits administration including FMLA, workers' compensation, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), and personnel administration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment using project management principles.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations relevant to workplace health & safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, contract management, and employee documentation.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
