We are a locally owned bakery and bistro looking to hire enthusiastic Front of House Team Members. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you!
Pay & Schedule
- $16–$20/hr total compensation (hourly + tips)
- Top performers typically earn closer to $18–$22/hr with tips
- Part-time or full-time available
- Must be available both Saturdays & Sundays
- Primarily morning/day shifts (no late nights!)
- Evening shifts also available (we close at 9pm)

What You’ll Do
- Make coffee, espresso drinks, and serve food
- Take orders and guide guests through the menu
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized
- Work as a team during busy rushes (we do get busy)
- Help create a smooth, positive guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Café or restaurant experience is a plus (not required)
- You’re fast, aware, and take pride in your work
- You stay calm and focused when it gets busy
- You care about doing things well—not just getting through the shift
- You are reliable and available on weekends
