Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and skilled in Microsoft Office tools, with working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or a willingness to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with order processing, data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and filing.
- Provide high level of service to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Cross train for all office positions when someone is absent.
- Generate and edit reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Help maintain organized digital and paper records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). High level of Excel experience preferred.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a strong plus (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently or in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
