Ski Resort Sitter in Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone & Other Rocky Mountain Resorts
- Location: On-site at private residences, resorts, and vacation rentals across CO, UT, and MT ski destinations
- Pay: $30+/hr (families pay you directly via Venmo, Zelle, or cash)
- Schedule: Flexible, on-demand bookings. 4-hour minimum per booking

About the Role
We provide in-home, on-resort childcare for families vacationing at top ski destinations. As a sitter, you'll go directly to guests' accommodations and give their kids an adventure of their own. Whether that's a gondola ride, a walk around a mountain town, ski school pickup, or just quality playtime, while parents enjoy their trip. Bookings can be one-time or repeat visits with the same family.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, engaging care for children (typically ages infant–12) at the family's private residence, resort, or rental
- Plan age-appropriate activities: outdoor outings, gondola rides, exploring town, games, and quiet time
- Follow each family's specific instructions, schedules, and safety preferences
- Communicate proactively with parents and with our team
- Collect payment directly from the family at the end of each visit
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of recent, paid childcare experience (nanny, daycare, ski school, camp, etc.)
- 21 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA
- Current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Comfortable passing a background check, reference check, and social media screening
- Reliable transportation to reach guest accommodations
- Comfortable in a mountain/outdoor environment; ski or snowboard experience a plus but not required
- Warm, responsible, and confident managing multiple kids solo (up to 4 children per sitter)

Pay & Booking Details
- Sitter rate starts at $30/hr for up to 2 children (+$2/hr per additional child)
- Rates may be higher based on location, demand, and holidays
- Sitters are paid directly by the family at the end of the visit. No waiting on payroll
- 4-hour minimum per booking, flexible scheduling around your availability
- Same-day and advance bookings both available, especially during peak season
