Position Summary
A STAR Homecare Solutions is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical home care services that enhance the quality of life for our clients while helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with medication reminders
- Accompany to appointments and provide errands
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with office staff
- Follow client care plans and company policies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- STNA, Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiving experience is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
