SWIPEBY is a profitable, funded, fast-growing AI startup based in Miami. We are the AI Marketing Department for Main Street: our AI answers every phone call, posts to social media, responds to reviews, runs digital ads and brings customers back, so owners can focus on running their business. We're expanding into new markets across the U.S. and building our next generation of sales talent from the ground up.
What you'll get

What you'll do
- Meet restaurant and local business owners in your territory, in person and through outreach, and book meetings
- Show them AI in action: a phone agent that never misses a call, social posts created automatically, reviews answered in seconds. Watching an owner see it work for the first time never gets old
- Learn to sell step by step: start by setting meetings, shadow closers, progress to signing your own deals
- Hit weekly goals, get coached, level up
Who this is for
- People with no sales or tech background. Retail, serving, bartending, customer service, athletics, campus jobs: if you've worked hard and dealt with people, you have what we build on
