City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for Mobile Day Porter to join our expanding team in the Rancho Cordova, CA area!
Full Time Schedule (40 Hours/week):
- Monday - Friday: 6:30AM-3:00PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Off
- Ability to pick up a company vehicle at the Rancho Cordova office.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license.
- DMV driving record (MVR) check required.
- Able to perform job duties that include pushing, carrying, bending, and handling supplies as needed.
- Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.).
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical ability assessment that evaluates the essential physical functions required for this position.
- This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill client requests.
Responsibilities:
- This schedule is all outdoor janitorial work***
- Complete special pickups of illegally dumped items and bulky trash.
- Employ safe handling techniques in the collection and disposal of needles.
- Remove or paint over graffiti in various areas.
- Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
- Removing trash and debris
- Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
- Windowsill cleaning
- De-webbing of buildings and doorways
- Assisting in light maintenance work
- Restroom care (if applicable at assigned property)
- Complete and submit accurate Inspection forms for Vehicle, Trailer, and equipment issued to and under your care.
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
