We are looking for Part-time Cleaners to take care of our Customer's facilities and perform cleaning and janitorial duties. The goal is to keep our customer's buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Taking applications for positions in Central West St Louis City, Overland, Downtown, and Southwest county.
Responsibilities
- Clean, restock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Document routine cleaning inspection checklists
- Carry out daily and weekly cleaning tasks and special projects as required to include room set-ups
- Floor care and buffing experience is preferred
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to equipment, i.e. vacuum bags and belts
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Present a pleasant and approachable demeanor and have Integrity
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Submit to background and drug screen check
- Steady work history, previous experience helpful
- Must have 2 forms of ID
