Formula Funding is seeking ambitious, competitive, and coachable college graduates to join our growing Business Development team.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in sales, finance, business development, or commercial lending. No industry experience is required—we provide extensive training and mentorship.
Our team helps small business owners secure working capital and growth financing nationwide. As a Business Development Representative, you will work directly with business owners, lenders, and senior funding advisors while learning the fundamentals of financial analysis, sales, and client relationship management.
What You'll Do
- Speak with business owners regarding financing requests and funding opportunities
- Follow up on applications, approvals, conditions, and funding status updates
- Review business bank statements and financial information
- Gather documentation required for underwriting and lender review
- Maintain detailed notes and activity within our CRM system
- Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and funding advisors to move deals through the process
- Learn business financing products and commercial lending fundamentals
- Assist senior advisors with active funding opportunities
- Build strong communication and relationship management skills
Who We're Looking For
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Competitive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable speaking with business owners by phone
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- CRM experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation
$48,000 – $60,000 per year
