What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-energy, friendly customer service with a smile
- Prepare drinks quickly, accurately, and consistently
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced drive-thru team environment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive stand atmosphere
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, energy drinks, espresso drinks, blended drinks, shakes, smoothies, teas, and lemonades
- Take customer orders, offer menu recommendations, and note dietary restrictions or customizations
- Build connections with customers and confidently promote menu favorites
- Restock supplies such as cups, lids, coffee beans, syrups, and other essentials
