Passionfish is currently seeking experienced, hospitality-driven fine dining servers to join our team in Pacific Grove.
We are looking for professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced fine dining environment, passionate about food and wine, and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
Wine knowledge is very important to us. Our ideal candidate enjoys talking about wine with guests, feels comfortable making pairing recommendations, and appreciates thoughtfully curated, realistically priced wine programs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide polished and attentive fine dining service
- Guide guests through food and wine selections
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Work closely with support staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Create memorable guest experiences through professionalism and hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- Fine dining serving experience preferred min 3 years
- Strong wine knowledge and confidence discussing wine with guests
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar restaurant POS systems preferred
- Weekend availability (required)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Calm and professional demeanor during busy services
- Passion for hospitality and teamwork
