Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers and provide recommendations
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience.
Experience:
- Previous server experience or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage
