Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors with integrity and professionalism across residential and commercial transactions
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations to generate and convert leads
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms that best serve client interests
- Execute strategic marketing plans using Samson’s in-house design center, social media tools, and postcard campaigns
- Maintain strong market knowledge of DMV property values, neighborhood trends, and upcoming opportunities
- Leverage AI-powered CRM (BoldTrail/Lofty) to manage leads, automate follow-ups, and boost conversion
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, contracts, and state regulations
- Coordinate with lenders, title officers, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings
- Participate in weekly Samson University trainings, Lunch & Learns, and team masterminds
- Deliver top-tier customer service and long-term client relationship management
Requirements
- Active or pending Real Estate License in DC, Maryland, or Virginia (support provided if not yet licensed)
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for financial freedom and personal growth
- Proficient with digital marketing, CRM tools, and social media
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus (especially Spanish)
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity
