Job Summary
Elite Outdoor is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and landscaping, with the ability to perform various tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of residential and commercial properties. This role involves physical labor and requires a strong commitment to quality and safety.
What You’ll Do:
- Landscape Installation: Assist with installing plants, mulch, sod, patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape features.
- Property Maintenance: Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, flower bed maintenance, and seasonal plantings to enhance curb appeal.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to safely operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other landscaping tools and machinery (training provided).
- Site Preparation: Help with grading, excavation, and site layout to ensure proper installation of landscape features.
- Problem Solving: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving challenges on-site to maintain project timelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet project goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
