Overview
Seeking a reliable, self-directed person that wants to work in a drug-free, respectful environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are health department compliant and service standards maintained, while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining the efficiency of the culinary team.
Responsibilities
- Dishwashing and light prep as directed.
- Back Waiting as directed.
- Assist in the preparation of special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant, or catering environment is preferred. Willing to train the right person.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred. Willing to train the right person.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others.
