An established organization is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, reception, and office coordination support at its local office. This position serves as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and property management.
The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations, reception, facilities coordination, supplies, shipping, meetings, and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of independently prioritizing multiple responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.

Provide general administrative support to local team members.

Manage reception duties, including answering the main phone line, greeting visitors, and responding to the office entrance.

Maintain break rooms and supply areas and monitor inventory levels.

Coordinate supply purchases, invoices, and office-related vendors.

Manage postage, shipments, packages, courier services, samples, and correspondence.

Coordinate with property management and vendors regarding facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

Coordinate meetings, events, and related logistics.

Provide administrative support to regional headquarters as needed.

Follow established procedures, evaluate routine issues, and initiate appropriate actions when necessary.

Associate's degree.

5+ years of relevant administrative experience.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong data entry and typing skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Strong customer service skills with a professional, patient, and responsive approach.

Ability to independently prioritize, plan, coordinate, and organize multiple responsibilities.

This is a long-term temporary assignment.

Two interview rounds are expected: one online interview and one onsite interview.
