What You'll Do

As an HVAC Installer, you'll:

Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork
- Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform retrofit installations to company quality standards
- Fabricate and install basic sheet metal and duct modifications
- Ensure proper airflow, system performance, and clean final product
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Work closely with the team to complete installations correctly and on schedule

What We're Looking For
-
3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices
- Experience with ductwork, airflow, brazing, charging systems, and equipment start-up
- Ability to read installation layouts and wiring diagrams
- Pride in clean, organized workmanship
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a crew
- Valid driver's license with clean, insurable record
- Leadership mentality and willingness to mentor apprentices when needed
