Happy Family Designs, Inc. manufactures and distributes the oh baby! brand line of children’s apparel and accessories to boutiques and major retailers around the world, as well as to oh baby! retail stores in Minnesota and beyond. eCommerce & Inventory Specialist Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented eCommerce & Inventory Specialist with experience using the Shopify B2C platform to support both online and in-store (POS) operations. This role supports product management, inventory accuracy, and daily eCommerce operations across our warehouse and retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Add and manage products in Shopify through manual entry and wholesale platform integrations
- Create manual items in Shopify, including cross-sells, merchandising categories, and collections
- Ensure product listings align with SEO, branding, and product description guidelines
- Create and manage purchase orders in Shopify
- Support inventory management, including audits, transfers, adjustments, and inventory accuracy across warehouse and retail locations
- Assist with order fulfillment from the main warehouse
- Add products to the Instafeed app and support merchandising initiatives
- Participate in planning and strategy meetings with leadership and marketing teams
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify B2C and Shopify POS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with inventory management and eCommerce merchandising
- Basic SEO knowledge for product listings
- Photography and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Web Manager and works closely with the Warehouse Inventory Manager, CEO, and Marketing Team.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
