Night Auditor – The Westman
Location: Bend, Oregon
Compensation: $22–$27 per hour
The Westman is an independent boutique hotel opening this fall in Bend’s historic post office building. With just 23 rooms, we offer a high-touch, design-forward experience rooted in connection, service, and the spirit of adventure.
We’re looking for a Night Auditor to join our opening team and serve as the calm, capable presence that keeps the hotel running smoothly overnight. This role combines hospitality and operations—you’ll be both the welcoming face for late arrivals and the meticulous steward of our nightly financial reports.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main overnight contact for guests, ensuring safety and comfort during evening hours
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism and warmth
- Complete nightly audit procedures—balance accounts, verify revenue, and prepare daily reports
- Monitor property security systems and ensure guest safety protocols are followed
- Maintain public spaces and assist with light setup or prep for the following day
- Support other departments by communicating overnight updates or maintenance needs
- Represent The Westman’s values of connection, service, and independence at every step
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel or accounting experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and systems
- A steady, self-reliant presence who thrives working independently
- Excellent judgment and communication skills
- Comfort working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $22–$27 per hour, based on experience
