Position Overview
We are seeking high-energy, reliable, and positive Sports Camp Coaches to lead and support our youth sports camps. Coaches will deliver engaging, structured, and fun programming for children ages 3.5–13 across a variety of sports.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about youth development, enjoy working in a team environment, and want to make a meaningful impact through sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in daily sports camp activities including warm-ups, drills, and games
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive environment for all participants
- Teach and reinforce fundamental sports skills across multiple sports
- Use positive, age-appropriate communication with all campers
- Manage group behavior using proactive and supportive coaching strategies
- Follow NAofA curriculum and daily camp schedules
- Set up and break down equipment daily
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and supervisors
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with children and youth sports
- Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm
- Strong communication and classroom/group management skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and engage groups of 10–30+ campers
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to be coached and grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth (ages 3.5–13)
- Background in sports, kinesiology, education, or related field
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
- Multi-sport knowledge is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Camps typically run Monday–Friday
- Hours range between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (varies by location/program)
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
