Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) with an active TN license to join our growing virtual practice as an independent contractor (1099).
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy while receiving consistent supervision, mentorship, and administrative support.
As our practice grows, there will be opportunities for increased responsibilities and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality virtual psychotherapy to adult clients throughout Tennessee
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
- Participate in individual supervision with an LCSW supervisor
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team when appropriate
- Maintain active Tennessee licensure and professional liability insurance
Qualifications
Required
- Active Tennessee LMSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for telehealth
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative

Compensation
