What You’ll Do
As Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our warehouse while ensuring every order leaves accurately and on time.
Responsibilities include:
· Lead and supervise warehouse personnel
· Manage all shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment
· Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory controls
· Coordinate UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight shipments
· Improve warehouse efficiency and workflow
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
· Train employees and hold the team accountable for performance
· Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment when needed
· Work closely with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales departments
· Help create systems that improve productivity and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and creating efficient systems.
Qualifications:
· Warehouse leadership or management experience is preferred, but not required
· Strong organizational and leadership skills
· Experience with inventory management preferred, but not required
· Comfortable using warehouse software and Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication skills
· Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
· Ability to lift to 60 pounds
· Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Working Conditions
· Full-time, Monday through Friday
· Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM
· Overtime is available
· No overnight shifts
· Weekends are rarely required
· Comfortable climate-controlled warehouse with both heating and air conditioning
· Clean, organized facility with modern equipment
· Combination of office responsibilities and active warehouse leadership
· Standing, walking, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment throughout the day

The successful Warehouse Manager will:
· Ensure customer orders ship accurately and on time
· Maintain excellent inventory accuracy
