A growing organization in Bellevue, WA is seeking an AP/AR Coordinator to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and help ensure smooth financial workflows across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys working with invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The AP/AR Coordinator will partner with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve billing questions, support timely payments, and contribute to accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices, expense reports, payment requests, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts receivable activity, including recording payments, tracking outstanding balances, and following up on discrepancies.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and financial records for accuracy, coding, approvals, and completeness.
- Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies between invoices, statements, payments, and internal records.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for AP, AR, cash receipts, and expenses.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing questions, payment status, and account issues.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
