Education/Experience:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Must possess a valid MA Driver’s License

Must have an insurable driving record.

At least 2 years previous commercial driving experience.

Working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.

Knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

Compensation Transparency: In accordance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act, the reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position $17.11 – $25.67 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and relevant qualifications. Generally, placement within the upper portion of the range is reserved for candidates with several years of directly related experience or exceptional expertise.
