Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference? WMFS is seeking a Recovery Coach to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll provide supervision, support, and guidance to clients navigating life-controlling challenges such as addiction and mental health issues. Wellcome Manor is a residential inpatient treatment center that helps women who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction or substance abuse. Our center is located in Southern Minnesota near Mankato, in Garden City, MN.
Looking to hire for full or part time-
- Overnight (930pm-730am)
- Evening (2:30-10:30p)

Requirements:
- Supervise and support clients in a safe, respectful, and structured environment.
- Enforce program rules with empathy and consistency.
- Assist with client transportation, appointments, and medication administration.
- Support client admissions, discharges, and visitation processes.
- Conduct safety checks, room searches, and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with case managers, medical staff, and other team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Must be 21+ with at least 1 year free from problematic substance use.
- Valid MN driver’s license (or ability to transfer) and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background check.
- Comfortable working with individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges.
- Strong communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.
