WellKept is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Porter / Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping communities clean and well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be responsible for servicing residential and commercial properties throughout the metro Atlanta area. Every day is different, and you'll have the independence to manage your route while representing our company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Pick up litter, trash, and debris throughout client properties.
- Service and maintain pet waste (dog station) stations, including emptying waste and replenishing bags.
- Perform routine property inspections and notify management of maintenance or safety concerns.
- Take before-and-after photos and complete service reports using a mobile device.
- Maintain a clean, organized company truck and equipment.
- Occasionally assist the team with larger projects such as bulk trash removal, cleanouts, evictions, or other property maintenance services.
- Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with property managers, residents, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, photos, and reporting.
- Previous porter, landscaping, maintenance, or property services experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
