Family Assistant + Creative Operations Assistant

We are a warm, creative, fast-moving family and online business looking for a highly capable “Jane of all trades” to support our home, family, and creative work.
This is NOT a traditional nanny role.
We’re looking for someone adaptable, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and excited by variety — someone who enjoys supporting both a household and a creative business in a meaningful way.
My husband and I work from home, run remote businesses, and are raising two young daughters in a conscious, connected, creative home environment. We value healthy living, personal growth, communication, flexibility, and teamwork.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Examples of Responsibilities
No two days look exactly the same, but responsibilities may include:
Family + Household Support
- Assisting with childcare for a toddler and baby
- Playing with children while parent works nearby
- Helping with meals, tidying, laundry, dishes, and home resets
- Household organization projects
- Running errands and pickups
- Helping maintain smooth household flow and routines
Creative + Business Support
- Filming social media content and behind-the-scenes footage
- Assisting with content organization and creative brainstorming
- Helping with AI tools, admin systems, and tech organization
- Light business admin and operational support
- Helping create structure and efficiency in daily life/business
Personal Assistant Support
- Managing to-do lists and logistics
- Supporting DIY/home projects
- Helping anticipate needs and reduce mental load
- Being an adaptable “extra set of hands” where needed
