We are looking for friendly, humble, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for full/part time team members for all shifts.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Provides customers exceptional service that aligns to Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are: Integrity, Servant Leadership, Personal Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Working Together, and Stewardship
- Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
- Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality food and excellent customer service.
- Maintains highest quality of food and ensure food safety policies are followed according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Completes food preparation duties and ensures that all food items on menu are prepared and available for service at all times.
- Possess the drive and enthusiasm to complete guests’ orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service.
