Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience while keeping the front desk running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Recommend memberships, retail products, and spa services when appropriate
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support the spa team with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Weekend availability preferred
