<ul><li>Perform lead role in the design, development, analysis, testing, implementation, and maintenance of customized applications and software solutions</li>
<li>Develop applications based on business and project technical requirements</li>
<li>Consult with client about software applications and system design, and maintenance</li>
<li>Analyze user needs and develop customized software solutions to optimize performance and operational efficiency</li>
<li>Upgrade, configure, integrate, and maintain management systems and applications</li>
<li>Perform database development activities, create data import/export routines and stored procedures, user-defined functions, database objects and programs using various languages and platforms</li>
<li>Utilize various frameworks, tools and technologies to perform application development activities</li>
<li>Prepare technical specification documents and user guides</li>
