Post Oak Toyota is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Evening Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time evening position in a professional, fast-paced environment.
As one of the first people our customers meet or speak with, our receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment a customer contacts the dealership.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Assist customers in reaching the appropriate sales, service, or administrative department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and dealership correspondence
- Provide general information and assistance to customers
- Communicate effectively with managers and employees throughout the dealership
- Help ensure customers are acknowledged and assisted promptly
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
