Our shop is seeking a Guest Service Team Lead/Cashier who will greet and serve guests. The Lead role is also responsible for directing Guest Service Team members during the course of his/her shift. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive customer service knowledge and experience, previous experience with team managment and will be committed to maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store using a friendly voice, body language, and greeting.
- Recognize repeat customers and greet them by name.
- Be attentive to customer needs and wishes.
- Direct/redirect team members, as needed.
- Familiarize yourself and follow ALL company policies.
- Charge customers for their purchases using a cash register.
- Close out POS at end of shift.
- Ensure the shop is operating at Management's standards throughout your shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
