Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Workers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing
- Install rebar, metal studs, and formwork for concrete structures according to schematics and blueprints
- Perform demolition, renovation, restoration, and remodeling tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components including trim carpentry, stucco, caulking, flooring, tile laying, and plastering
- Mix concrete using concrete mixers or pumps; pour and finish concrete surfaces ensuring smoothness and durability
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities; interpret technical drawings for precise execution
- Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture; operate heavy machinery such as cranes or forklifts when required
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of general construction processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to tools, equipment operation, and building techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively
- Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, pumping, and rebar installation processes
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for carpentry, masonry, roofing, and renovation tasks
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials or equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout long shifts
- Knowledge of safety standards including OSHA regulations related to construction sites
