We specialize in fine jewelry, diamonds, engagement rings, custom jewelry design, and jewelry repair. We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates to join our team. We are looking for outgoing, dependable, and motivated individuals with previous retail sales experience who enjoy working with people and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service
- Assist customers with fine jewelry, diamonds, engagement rings, gifts, and other purchases
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Identify customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations
- Work toward individual and store sales goals
- Follow up with customers regarding purchases and sales opportunities
- Assist with jewelry repair intake and customer pickups
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive jewelry showcases
- Develop knowledge of our jewelry, diamonds, custom design, repairs, and other services
- Learn and effectively use our computer and POS systems
- Assist with daily store operations as needed
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous retail sales experience is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, personable, and confident when interacting with customers
- Sales-oriented and motivated by goals and commission opportunities
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new products, procedures, and computer/POS systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required — training will be provided to the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits
- $16–$22 per hour, based on experience
