**Remote | North Carolina | Independent Contractor**
Upward Call Counseling, PLLC is seeking a **licensed or provisionally licensed mental health therapist** to join our growing team. This is a remote position open to clinicians licensed to practice in North Carolina.
We are looking for compassionate, motivated clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and/or couples. We are especially interested in therapists who are comfortable providing **Christian-based counseling and integrating faith into treatment when requested by the client.**

This is a flexible, part-time to full-time independent contractor opportunity that allows clinicians to build a caseload and schedule that complement their availability, clinical interests, and therapeutic approach.

Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Hold a master's degree in counseling or a related mental health field
- Hold an active North Carolina independent or provisional clinical license
- Be motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload
- Provide ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care
- Be comfortable providing Christian-based counseling to clients who request faith integration
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and professional communication
Compensation
This is an **independent contractor, fee-for-service position**, with earning potential based on caseload, experience, qualifications, and services provided.
**Estimated annual compensation: $40,000–$72,000+**, depending on caseload.
