Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Truck Drivers to support our oilfield operations across West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. This is a regional position based out of Odessa, TX, hauling oilfield-related freight and product. Drivers can earn $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with full benefits and consistent runs.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Shifts available include day, night, overnight, and weekends. Schedules are flexible based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport oilfield-related freight, fluids, and equipment throughout West Texas and New Mexico.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and road-ready.
- Load, unload, and secure freight according to company and DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and bills of lading in compliance with FMCSA hours-of-service rules.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and field personnel.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and oilfield site requirements.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
- HAZMAT endorsement required.
- Tanker endorsement required.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Prior oilfield experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
