AVL TRANS SERVICES INC is seeking qualified and safety-focused CDL Class A Drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) fleet. We are committed to providing consistent freight, competitive compensation, and dependable operational support for professional drivers.
Compensation
- 30%–32% of gross revenue (solo drivers)
- $0.70–$0.75 CPM pay options available
- Weekly truck gross revenue averaging $9,000–$12,000
- Consistent Dry Van freight with reliable miles
- Average daily mileage of 700–800 miles
Schedule
- OTR routes with 4 weeks on the road, followed by home time based on scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license
- At least one year of verifiable CDL Class A over-the-road driving experience
- Clean safety record and a strong commitment to compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Professional work ethic, reliability, and excellent time-management skills
- Nationwide freight network with no artificial mileage caps
