About the Role: We are a rapidly expanding real estate and construction firm looking for a dependable Plumber’s Helper or Journeyman. We need a "boots on the ground" worker to take over the day-to-day plumbing maintenance, remodel and new construction prep.
You will be working on a steady stream of, remodel and new construction builds as well as handling maintenance across our existing residential properties.You must be comfortable getting your hands dirty with drain lines, routing water distribution in new builds, and fixing everyday issues in existing homes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drain & Sewer Maintenance: Handle the everyday plumbing fixes, including snaking drain lines, locating and accessing drain cleanouts, and clearing stubborn blockages.
- Reodel and New Construction Support: Assist in routing and installing interior water distribution lines and systems for new residential builds.
- HVAC/Cooling: Perform basic seasonal maintenance, winterization, and repairs on evaporative (swamp) coolers.
- Property Upgrades: Repair, replace, and install water heaters, plumbing fixtures, toilets, and standard piping.
- Job Documentation: Simply use your personal smartphone to take before, during, and after photos/videos of your work so our office can verify the job is complete.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on plumbing experience (specifically interior residential plumbing and new construction).
- Must have experience with drain snaking and utilizing cleanouts.
- Experience with in-house water distribution systems is highly preferred.
- Must have your own reliable work vehicle and standard plumbing tools.
- Must have a smartphone with a working camera to send photos and videos of completed work.
- A Journeyman Plumber License is helpful and preferred, but not required.
