Entera Healthcare services 12 counties: Boone, Cook, Dekalb, DuPage, Kane, Lake, LaSalle, Lee, McHenry, Will, Kendall, and Winnebago.

Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License and Auto-Insurance
Certification Licenses, CPR/Basic Lifesaving Skills, and other special requirements
Working knowledge of basic technology and electronic documentation. Ability to learn new electronic medical record software. We currently use AXXESS for electronic medical records.

CNA: approximately $35-$55 per visit
RN: approximately $70(Regular visit) -$90 (Soc ) per visit home health
RN: approximately $90(Regular visit)-$125(Soc ) per visit hospice
PT: approximately $70-$90 per visit
