EXPECTATIONS
- Construction Foreman will have experience in concrete repair/coating in the Civil Construction Industry (i.e. DOT work) or commercial construction industry.
- Construction Foreman will lead team of 4+ in specialty bridge coatings and repairs
- Construction Foreman will review and be familiar with project plans, specifications, scope and phasing plans in conjunction with Project Manager
- Construction Foreman will work alongside field employees and ensure all employees assigned to the project work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project execution plan.
- Construction Foreman will submit daily reports to Project Manager from the field using company supplied iPad/Phone.
REQUIREMENTS
- DOT/Civil or commercial construction industry experience (DOT Road/Bridge/Infrastructure preferred).
- Construction Foreman comfortable in leadership role with excellent supervisory, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Construction Foreman must be comfortable with frequent travel (i.e. 90% of month during work season).
- Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Pre-employment Physical and Drug Screen required.
- OSHA 30 certification (Venture will cover cost of certification once hired if necessary)
