Are you a project manager with a proven track record of leading teams?
We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking, and experienced professional to join us as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the National Operations Team to oversee projects, operations, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of projects from start to finish
- Oversee fulfillment and manage fabrication/assembly processes
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Track inventory and schedule deliveries
- Prepare reports and ensure quality control
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations and/or project management
- Ability to manage and participate in fabrication, delivery, and installation
- Willingness to lead projects in the field and collaborate with customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and clear direction
Requirements:
- Above-average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with and lead a diverse team
- 3–5 years of experience managing or directing employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating schedules and managing inventory
- Experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of signage assembly and the sign industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
- Bonus: $1,500 – $3,000 per quarter
