Full Job Description

The Warehouse and Production Team Associates are separate postions responsible for performing a variety of functions in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards to ensure overall customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in a production or warehouse environment

Strong organizational, math, and problem-solving skills.

Good verbal and written communication.

Forklift certification for warehouse positions.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities may include:

Operate & maintain forklift, follow maintenance procedures, and update maintenance logs.

Pick, pack, and ship customers' orders.

Set-up and complete hand assembly projects.

Set-up and operate equipment as needed – direct mail/bindery/print center, etc.

Drive company vehicles to and from destinations, adhering to all traffic laws.

Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.

Comply with all OSHA and CFS safety requirements.

Maintain a clean and neat appearance.

Maintain a professional relationship with others in the organization.

May be required to work overtime on an as needed basis due to peak volumes or special events

Full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay and benefits.

Positions reports to the Production Manager.

Based in Norton, MA.
