Overview
Bare Radiance is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice seeking an exceptional Clinical Coordinator to join our team.
This position is at the center of the patient experience—from the first phone call and scheduling to check-in, checkout, and follow-up. We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, organized, dependable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, elevated experience for every patient.
- Manage patient check-in, checkout, scheduling, cancellations, and waitlists.
- Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate schedules and patient flow across multiple providers.
- Maintain accurate patient information, forms, consents, and documentation.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Support providers and the clinical team with daily operations.
- Educate patients on services, skincare, memberships, and treatment opportunities within the scope of the position.
- Assist with patient follow-up, events, promotions, and practice initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional patient-facing environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new technology and software
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
- Full-time Monday–Friday availability
Preferred:
- Experience in a medical office, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, hospitality, or another high-touch customer service environment
- Experience with EMR, scheduling, or patient-management software
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience with skincare, memberships, or elective medical services
Previous aesthetics experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates exceptional customer service, professionalism, initiative, and a desire to grow.
