Your Role
- Train, coach team members to deliver “ABSOLUTE” service
- Set clear expectations, follow up regularly with staff
- Take direction, feedback from Senior Management
- Conduct interviews, assist with hiring new staff
- Create weekly schedules for team
- Open, close restaurant independently (key holder responsibilities)
- Reconcile cash deposits accurately
- Place orders, perform inventory counts
- Address guest concerns, ensure satisfaction
What We are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience leading a team
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for food, hospitality
- Food Handler Certified (or willing to certify)
- Availability for mixed shifts: evenings, weekends, holidays
- Ability to stay composed in fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational, multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable standing long periods, working in hot kitchen environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
