Job Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented commercial janitorial subcontractors in Madison, WI and surrounding areas to partner with us in servicing a variety of commercial facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for established cleaning companies to grow their business with consistent work.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings.
- Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain excellent flooring conditions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Follow client-specific scopes of work and schedules
- Communicate effectively with our Customer Care team regarding service updates or issues
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
Qualifications
- Prior commercial cleaning experience required
- Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks (if required by client sites)
- Must be fully insured (General Liability and Workers Compensation, if applicable)
- Strong work ethic and dependable crew

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
