District Manager
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven District Manager to lead and support 8–12 convenience store locations. This salaried leadership role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, food service growth, and developing high-performing Store Managers and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
- Drive district performance through financial analysis, labor management, and KPI reporting.
- Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders while building a strong succession pipeline.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, merchandising, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and operational audits.
- Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, engagement, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with executive leadership to implement company initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion food service growth by supporting food safety, quality, compliance, and sales initiatives.
- Monitor key food KPIs including food cost, gross margin, waste, labor efficiency, and transaction attachment rates.
- Partner with Store and Food Managers to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit retail, convenience store, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
- Proven success leading multiple locations and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, labor management, budgeting, and business analytics.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned district, including occasional overnight travel and diverse weather conditions.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent travel between store locations.
- Ability to work in both office and retail environments.
- Frequent bending, walking, standing and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
