New Century Volkswagen is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Lube & Tire Technician to join our growing Service Department. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with basic automotive experience who are eager to develop their skills and advance into a full-service technician role.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine oil changes and filter replacements
-
Rotate, inspect, and maintain tires
-
Check and top off all essential vehicle fluids
-
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Assist senior technicians to support shop workflow

Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Prior automotive experience preferred (lube technician, tire shop, or technical school training)

Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass pre-employment screening
