Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Client Services Coordinator to support daily office operations and help manage client relationships. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients — responding to inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with sales initiatives — while also providing essential administrative support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager and team
- Professionally respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Process client orders and collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with preparing proposals, order confirmations, and client follow-ups
- Support sales efforts by preparing sales materials and maintaining client databases
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and general office coordination
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with light bookkeeping and invoicing tasks (training provided)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in administration, client services, sales support, or a related role
- Experience in catering, hospitality, events, or food service is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
